2. Payment Terms - 50% deposit required before work begins. Remaining 50% due upon completion before launch.

3. Monthly Hosting Fee - After your site launches, a monthly hosting fee applies to keep your site live and secure. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension.

4. Revisions - Additional revisions beyond your plan are charged at $75/hour.

5. Refunds - The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.

6. Communication - You agree to respond to project messages within 3 business days.
